I should make more music.

But unfortunately, I suck at it.
The rate at which I improve is so slow it is literally immeasurable.

If I start paying my beard it's going to expect health insurance next. It's already demanding shaving rights. I don't even know what those are!

My tits are calmest when they're pointed at you.

....you haven't read the book, have you.
Calm your tits, son.

You know what... it fluxuates. I remember a time when I made music I thought was good at the time, and then I realized it was terrible, or that the music I thought I was half assing turned out to be pretty good after a few more listens. I don't know how I made the music that was good, what was different then when I was trying to make good music that fell short. Seems the less I think about it, the better it turns out.
The only conclusion I can expound is that the beard writes the music now.
I have experienced the same phenomenon.
You should give your beard a paycheck.

Every time I finish typing a comment with this redesign, I reflexively move my mouse over the spot where the "Leave It!" button used to be, but jerk it the other way a moment later since there's a cancel button there now. I thought you would be interested in knowing that.
I do that, also.

Will you make more music if I invent a device that can measure your supposedly immeasurable rate of improvement?
Yes.

Stop what you're doing.
I SAID STOP...WHAT YOU'RE FUCKING DOING.
...and read "Art & Fear." It will help you TREMENDOUSLY. It will literally blow your mind. Fantastic read.

Will it blow my mind? Literally? LITERALLY?
Challenge accepted.
