Behold the turtle. It makes progress by sticking out it's neck...ask yourself why you don't follow through with things you've acknowledged would be in your best interest to see completed. Even if you aren't reaching the conclusive desired results, you have to rework the wiring BEHIND the results you aren't pleased with.
It goes Thoughts > Behaviors > Results. So if it's just because you're lazy, the lazy thoughts make lazy behaviors making lazy results. To try to change the behaviors without changing your thoughts is pointless. Negative thoughts can never beget positive behaviors. Therefore, the results will always be negative until you revert to positive thoughts.
